Product Care & Material Guidance

Our collections are created using natural materials and thoughtful craftsmanship. While our products are designed for everyday enjoyment, proper care will help preserve their beauty and longevity.

Please follow the guidance below based on the material of your item.

Freshwater Pearl Jewellery

Freshwater pearls are organic and delicate by nature.

Care guidance:

Avoid contact with water, perfume, cosmetics and cleaning products

Do not submerge pearls or expose them to prolonged moisture

Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wearing

Store separately in a soft pouch or box to prevent scratching

Pearls should be the last item put on and the first removed to reduce exposure to chemicals.

Bamboo Products

Our bamboo collections are crafted using natural bamboo and structural bonding techniques.

Care guidance:

Keep bamboo products dry and away from water

Do not soak or wipe with wet cloths

Clean gently with a dry or lightly dusted cloth

Avoid placing in damp or humid environments

Bamboo is a natural material and may develop subtle tonal changes over time.

Festival Decorations

Our festival and decorative pieces are designed for seasonal and indoor display, do not use as a toy.

Care guidance:

Intended for indoor use unless stated otherwise

Keep away from moisture and humidity

Do not machine wash or soak

Clean gently using a dry cloth or soft brush

Store carefully after seasonal use to avoid crushing or deformation

Natural fibres may soften or shift slightly with handling.

Metal Accessories

Our jewellery uses industry-standard precious metals, including Sterling Silver (925), gold-plated silver, and 14ct gold, selected for durability, comfort and suitability for sensitive skin.

Care guidance:

Avoid exposure to moisture, humidity and harsh chemicals

Remove jewellery before bathing, swimming, exercising or sleeping

Store in a dry place, ideally in a soft pouch or jewellery box

Clean gently using a soft, lint-free cloth

Gold-plated pieces may naturally show gradual wear over time, particularly on areas of frequent contact. This is a normal characteristic and not considered a fault.
